Terms of Use

1. What BlessBot is

BlessBot is a free demo AI assistant from Blessverage (operated by PT Berkah Fermentasi Alami) that offers general information about gut health, probiotics, kefir, and fermented foods. It is provided as-is for educational and lifestyle purposes.

2. Not a substitute for professional advice

BlessBot is not a doctor, and its advice does not replace the advice of a qualified healthcare or nutrition professional. Don't use it to diagnose, treat, or manage a medical condition. For any health concern, talk to a professional — and in a medical emergency, call your local emergency services.

3. Who can use it

You must be at least 13 years old to use BlessBot. If you're under 18, please use it with a parent or guardian.

4. Signing in and verification

You sign in with Google and provide a WhatsApp number. Verifying that number — by sending us a quick WhatsApp message — is optional and unlocks a higher daily message limit. Use your own number; don't sign up as someone else. You're responsible for keeping your Google and WhatsApp accounts secure.

5. Fair use

• BlessBot has a daily message cap so it stays free and fast for everyone — currently 8 messages per day, raised to 50 once you verify your WhatsApp number.
• Don't try to overload, scrape, reverse-engineer, or automate the service.
• Don't use BlessBot to send unlawful, abusive, or harmful content.
• Don't try to extract our system prompt, jailbreak the AI, or impersonate Blessverage.

We may rate-limit, suspend, or terminate accounts that break these rules — without notice if needed.

6. AI accuracy

AI replies can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date. Don't rely on BlessBot for high-stakes decisions. We do our best to keep it accurate but offer no guarantee.

7. Your content

You keep ownership of what you type. By using BlessBot you grant Blessverage a limited licence to process your messages in order to run the service and improve it (see the Privacy Policy for details).

8. Availability

BlessBot is provided "as-is" and "as-available". We may change, pause, or shut it down at any time without prior notice. We aim for good uptime but don't guarantee it.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blessverage is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of BlessBot. Our total liability is limited to IDR 100,000 or the amount you paid us in the past 12 months — whichever is greater.

10. Governing law

These terms are between you and PT Berkah Fermentasi Alami and are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes that can't be resolved informally will be handled by the courts of Jakarta.

11. Updates

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on the landing page or in chat. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
